01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the c44444 platform (available at c44444.co), you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including c44444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c44444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the c44444 platform and close your account. Continued use of c44444 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use c44444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. c44444 is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, place bets, or claim winnings on c44444 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing c44444 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from c44444 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in placing bets.

c44444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If satisfactory age verification cannot be provided, c44444 may suspend or terminate the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed to c44444's satisfaction.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on c44444. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on c44444, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify c44444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. c44444 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

c44444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it reasonably believes that the account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder, or where the registration information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

04 KYC Verification

In accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, c44444 requires all account holders to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. KYC verification may be required at the time of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time at c44444's discretion.

KYC verification on c44444 requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC or passport), clearly showing your name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of your current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or CNIC bearing a registered address);
• Verification of your payment method (confirmation that your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account belongs to you).

c44444 reserves the right to refuse processing any withdrawal until KYC verification has been completed to its satisfaction. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from c44444 may be suspended.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on c44444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c44444 does not apply currency conversion charges to deposits or withdrawals made in PKR through supported Pakistani payment methods, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

You agree that all funds deposited into your c44444 account are your own funds and that you are not depositing proceeds of unlawful activity. c44444 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account.

Withdrawals from c44444 will be processed exclusively to the verified payment method(s) registered to your account. c44444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the c44444 platform from time to time.

c44444 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on c44444 are subject to these Terms and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market as published within the c44444 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

c44444 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet or game result where a technical error or malfunction has materially affected the outcome;
• Suspend any market or game without prior notice for operational, regulatory, or technical reasons;
• Refuse any bet that exceeds published maximum stake limits or that c44444 considers to present unusual risk;
• Correct manifest errors in published odds or game configurations, even after a bet has been accepted.

RNG (random number generator) games on c44444 use certified and independently audited RNG software. The theoretical return-to-player percentages for slot and table games are published within the respective game information panels on the platform.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

c44444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to new and existing account holders. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all c44444 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings;

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable;

08 Responsible Gaming

• Session loss limits;

09 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of c44444:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to the detriment of c44444 or other users;
• Using the c44444 platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity;
• Accessing c44444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, knowing it to be so;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c44444 staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or fraud prevention measures employed by c44444.

c44444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with such account where permitted by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the c44444 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, and interface design, is the intellectual property of c44444 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the c44444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any c44444 content without express prior written consent from c44444. The c44444 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to c44444 and may not be used without authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c44444 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the c44444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

c44444 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that all game or betting results will be free from technical error. c44444's liability for any direct loss arising from a technical malfunction shall be limited to the value of the bet or stake placed at the time of the malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit c44444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Termination of Account

You may close your c44444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

c44444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• c44444 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction;
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, c44444 may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, withhold any balance associated with the account pending investigation and resolution of the breach.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the c44444 platform's operating jurisdiction. Pakistani players acknowledge that the resolution of any dispute shall be subject to the procedures outlined in c44444's dispute resolution policy as published on the platform.

You agree to contact c44444 support in the first instance to attempt resolution of any dispute informally before pursuing any formal claim. c44444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

14 Amendments to These Terms

c44444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on their c44444 account. The amended Terms will take effect 14 days after notification for existing users, or immediately for new users registering after the publication date of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the c44444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
